To say it in words, the writer of him used all the words so we would be only dipping into his ocean.
To explain Perseverance, the life he led will tell the story about dedication and commitment.
To define Humanity, we just have to remember his affection and acceptance to all natures of beings.
To specify Education, the numerous students of his would express of true educators and knowledge through their love to what he taught them or left them of his over 30 books to read.
To describe Art, we just have to look around to notice his wealth through his beautiful calligraphy paintings and divinely passionate poetry.
As for the word Love, it was the Devine magical key he used to open all hearts and doors for all the seekers to discover the truth that is within.
His modesty and self-effacing nature was his unique blend for the ability to transport the truth without the interference of the ego, where unity and love would be the supreme guides.
Patriotism has a special place for him in his heart. His loyalty for the Land transcended the usual love for his own land to engulf and embrace the Arab nations, surmounting and evolving to reach the love and loyalty for his Universal Unit. Land for him was the mount where all feelings and believes can be tangibly manifested.
The preservation of the Land, through his eyes, was a divine must, for expression and manifestation, as for the relation between the soul to the body.
He stayed with us for almost 82 years, and left with his usual smile. His life was full of virtuous meanings that he kept for us to follow his path.
His attendance for international intellectual and academic conferences, to his 40 years of teaching at AUB and various institutions, to him roaming his country and the world to fulfill the need for knowledge when called, beside his around 30 books that he entrust us with to incorporate our needs to the Truth. He has three books currently in print, one of them is the self-journey that he travelled.
